What is Marriage Counseling?

Do you and your loved one need relationship or marriage counseling?

If you and your partner have been arguing more than normal, not communicating, or feel like there is a distance in the relationship - it's important to know you don't have to solve these issues on your own. "Couples Counseling" or marriage counseling can be a great resource and help you bridge these gaps.

Your relationship doesn’t have to be strained to benefit from marriage counseling. Some couples attend marriage counseling to strengthen their relationship and gain a better understanding of their partner. Even some couples who are planning on getting married will get marriage counseling. Counseling before the wedding can help couples to gain a deeper understanding of one another and work on differences before making a big commitment.

How Substance Abuse Treatment Works

Are you or a loved one addicted to a substance?

Do you want to know more about  how substance abuse treatment works?

Getting help is important. Substance abuse treatment should include both medical and mental health services that are tailored to each client. You don't have to go it alone - ever! Follow-up care could include community or family-based recovery support systems. Medications are typically part of substance abuse therapy as well. They can help manage withdrawal symptoms, prevent relapse, and treat co-occurring conditions.
